I know his wife isn't in the entertainment industry and perhaps wants to maintain her privacy but I'd rather she have made the point if someone "had to" call women 'my bitches'.

Even if he gets reprimanded at home it still normalizes mainstream name-calling from a place of privilege.

I just would've rather heard the whole monologue from a female comedian, preferably a Black female comedian. I've been a fan of his for a looong time but this just missed for me. I think it would've really crystallized his point if he literally passed the mic to someone else and physically yielded the spotlight.
