This is easily an excellent standalone piece on identity politics but could solidly muscle three additional pieces — Conservatives Aren’t Conservative Anymore, Identity Politics Are Emotional, Not Political and Jefferson Was a Marxist Before Marx Was a Communist. I would eagerly read all three.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and pulling new streams into the current. It’s time for me to revisit some of these classics.
