But this is clearly a topic you are passionate about. I would encourage you to write a post about this instead of tangentially trying to attach it to articles that have only the most peripheral similarities.

Instead of ranting and lobbing ad hominem arguments, (it’s poor form to name-call and talk about a stranger’s panties) in the comment section of unrelated articles why don’t you write an article, or more likely a series of articles, about politics in the Middle East and the role foreign governments have played/are playing in that region? Medium is a wonderful community where writers can explore and share their unique perspectives and engage in thoughtful discussion.
