Pervert Shane Millan was also a Customs and Border Patrol agent assigned to processing immigrants crossing the U.S.’s southern border. The 53-year-old was caught extorting vulnerable women by turning routine immigration proceedings into his own personal peep shows.

His remote job was to sign and process the paperwork that would allow immigrants to stay in the U.S. pending their court hearings. Instead, he demanded that women take their tops and bras off to show him their breasts while being “interviewed” via webcam.

If they resisted or refused he threatened not to sign their paperwork.

An August 22, 2024 Department of Justice press release states: “Millan, while acting under color of law as a Border Patrol Agent, willfully deprived four different victims of their constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches when, during virtual processing concerning their admission to the United States, he commanded three women to expose their bare chests to him over webcam and a fourth woman to expose her breasts to him while her bra remained on.”¹

Shane Millan is not being charged with sexual misconduct or a sex crime of any kind.

In an August 2023 virtual interview with a woman, he falsely claimed her file noted a tattoo on her chest that he needed to see in order to confirm…
